Country Chicken Biryani
Culture thru culinary - Hi Friends today i have made an authentic Country chicken Biryani ( நாட்டு கோழி பிரியாணி) using an cooker.
Always wash the chicken in turmeric and salt before using.
For this biryani proportion 1 cup seeraga samba rice = 2 cups water
